If you have something special, you need to order it from the regular name tag part of the site at regular price with shipping.
If you need to pick the name tags up, you may. We just need a call to confirm your order and when you will need to pick them up.
It is YOUR responsibility to contact us with an order number also. iF YOU DON'T, we won't know what to make for you.
